For once, I think they *should* have used the stones to bring in proper lawyers and a judge, and a forensic analyst or two. I mean, sure they won't have equipment but there's no doubt that just having experience would have helped determine the cause of the murder. The entire final ... I'm going to guess 10 minutes ... was 100% predictable. From the point that Eli called Young in to see the Kino footage, I knew every step that was going to be taken BEFORE it was taken. (obfuscated to hide a spoiler. Don't read it too closely until you see the episode) And of all the planets to leave someone on, they just happened to do it on *that* planet. And of all the people, they had to leave the one person who would benefit from *that* planet the most. Gee I wonder how that person will spend the mid-season break?
